Greetings Gardening Community.

Greetings Gardening Community.

In light of these very concerning world events, I wanted to share some gardening information and remind everyone that March 19th marked the first day of Spring in the northern hemisphere, which to many of you and to us here at Fisher Blacksmithing, signifies the beginning of the gardening season! You may have an increase in “downtime” in your daily life recently, finding yourself restless, anxious, or driven mad by your children at home unable to attend school. You are not alone! And there is no better time than now to spend a few hours outside in your garden preparing for the upcoming growing season. It’s more important than ever to engage with our kids in healthy, stay-at-home activities.

Right now it’s very important to take care of our families and communities and that begins with taking care of ourselves. According to Psychology Today (

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/worry-and-panic/201505/petal-power-why-is-gardening-so-good-our-mental-health), gardening is one of the easiest ways to do just that!

I feel fortunate that my business is disrupted less than some others and that spring is coming. I hope that you can continue to support made in the USA businesses during this time so we can emerge on the other side of this with a stronger economy and resilient communities.

Wishing you continued health.

Kindest Regards,

Tuli Fisher
